Wang Mingli, Researcher, Doctor of Management, Doctoral Supervisor. He is the technical leading talent and Chief Scientist of Animal Husbandry Economy and Policy Innovation Team, CAAS. Mr. Wang is also the Chief Expert of Monitoring and Early Warning Expert Group of Beef Industry, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Vice Chairman of China Society of Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Economic Branch. Dr. Wei Jianping is an independent veterinary expert and a DVM. She is a Senior Veterinarian, and served as the Senior Consultant of Live Poultry Production, Fujian Sunner Group. She once served as veterinary director in Dalian Hanwei Group, senior veterinary manager in North-east Company of Dachan Greatwall Group, technical director in Weihai Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Development Co. , Ltd. of OSI Group China, and CTO of Dalian Chengsan Group successively.

Dr. Wei has theoretical research level and practical experience in various areas, such as poultry production management, veterinary disease prevention and control, intelligent broiler house environment control, food safety, and laboratory construction.

Ma Chuang is currently the Vice General Manager of Beijing Boyar Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd., Deputy General of Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, and the Vice President of Asia Pacific Alliance, WPSA. Mr. Ma graduated from South China Agricultural University in 1990, majored in animal husbandry and was conferred the Bachelor of Agriculture. In 2007, he joined the non-profit organization—China Animal Agricultural Association and served as the Deputy Secretary-General. In 2000, Mr. Qiu joined Liaoning Wellhope Agri-tech Joint Stock Co., Ltd. and engaged in premix sales work. In September 2001, he began to work as business manager of Haicheng Wellhope. In September 2002 he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Haicheng Wellhope. In January 2003, he was promoted as General Manager of Haicheng Wellhope. Jackson Chan serves as the President and Managing Director of Cargill Protein Business in China. Jackson joins this business since October 2014. Before Jackson became the President of the protein business, he has been leading the business operations of the primary and further processing facilities, Supply Chain, Food Safety Quality & Regulatory, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering & Build Project teams, Feed manufacturing, nutrition as well as the Risk Management.

Weng Yabiao is the Associate Professor of College of Veterinary Medicine, South China Agricultural University, the clinical practical expert of animal parasitic diseases prevention and control, and the Chief Research and Development Expert of National High-tech Enterprises. He is also the Technical Director of Foshan Standard Bio-tech Co., Ltd., and the Deputy Editor of Poultry Husbandry and Disease Control.

He had edited or participated in compiling many textbooks or monographs, and had published more than 100 academic papers. He had hosted or participated in 10 national projects and more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects. He put forward the innovative “4+1” anti-worms mode in intensive pig farms, and made many technological breakthroughs in the field of coccidiosis immunity research and won many scientific and technological achievements awards.

Dr. Will Lin is a monogastric nutritionist, who has been involved in commercial feed mill, livestock production, research and industry training. He received postdoctoral training in Quality and Safety for Feed/Food, with a Ph.D. degree in Animal Nutrition and Reproduction, and also served as a peer reviewer for many top scientific journals.

Dr. Lin helped to develop “Alltech Research Alliances” with universities, research institutes, and top enterprises in China. His current position is research manager & mineral management technical manager, Asia-Pacific, servicing a wide client based across a broad spectrum of livestock species. He worked with almost all of the top 20 feed enterprises, livestock producers and integrators in China, including technical support, co-research, seminars and workshops. He has the ability to condense research finding into practical technology with commercial application and provides tailored solution for specific customers and needs.

Angela joined EW Nutrition in 2019 as Poultry Technical Manager(China). Under her guidance EW Nutrition developed the "More Table Eggs" nutrition program. Previously served as the Internal farm poultry veterinary director of north area of CP Group n and the poultry technical manager of DSM.

She is good at laying hens/layer breeder feeding and management, poultry farm biosecurity, poultry disease prevention and control, laying hens nutrition and egg quality management, and has a deep understanding and unique insight into the layer industry.

She graduated from Gansu Agricultural University with a master’s degree in preventive veterinary medicine in 2007.

Huang Qiang, Ph. D. in Animal Nutrition. His main research direction is the nutrition evaluation of feed materials. He has published more than 10 SCI articles.

In 2019, Dr. Huang joined Adisseo as the Technical Manager responsible for functional feed additives technology and promotion.

Before joining Adisseo, Dr. Huang worked in technology research and development in Alltech China, and then went to the University of Minnesota for postdoctoral research in nutrition and management.

Wei Wengang graduated from Veterinary College of Beijing Agricultural University (China Agricultural University), and now is a Senior Veterinarian, President of Cixi CP Egg Products Co., Ltd.. Dr. Wang hold PhD degree in animal nutrition of China Agricultural University, and a MBA degree from Arlington Business School, University of Texas. After her post-doctoral research in University of Missouri-Columbia, Dr. Wang joined Evonik in 2008 and worked in various positions within the company as technical & sales manager, business development manager, senior technical service manager and key account management. Zhao Qichao has a master’s degree of Veterinary Medicine. He graduated from China Agricultural University in 2003. After graduation, he engaged in the management of broiler breeding, technical service of broiler breeding management, technical service of poultry biological products and product management of poultry biological products. He joined in Ceva in 2016, now he works as Poultry Vaccine Product Manager in the Marketing Department of Ceva China. He has extensive experiences in the prevention and control of poultry infectious diseases, especially in the prevention and control of Marek’s disease, infectious bronchitis, infectious bursal disease and infectious laryngeal tracheitis.

Zhang Xiaodong graduated from the College of Animal Science and Technology of Zhejiang University in 2007, and has been engaged in the research on the preparation technology of feed additives and medicines since graduation. Since 2012, he served as the product R&D director in Qingdao Runbiotech Co., Ltd.. He mainly engaged in the research and development and the promotion of coating additives for livestock and poultry and special coating additives for ruminants. Dr. Li has successively worked at Harbin Veterinary Research Institute (1992～2005) of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Influenza Division of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of US (2004～2005), Louisiana State University Health Medical Center, Biomedical Research Institute, Molecular Virology and Oncology Research Center (2005～2012), Guangdong WENS Group (2012～2014) and Ceva Animal Health (2014～2019).
